Teaching Opportunity
We are looking for an exceptional teacher to join our team as a Y9-13 social studies and English specialist. The right candidate will possess a deep understanding of the New Zealand Curriculum, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to foster strong pastoral relationships with our students.
The selected individual will be expected to contribute to the school's co-curricular life and uphold the values of Southern Cross Campus.
The remuneration for this position will be determined based on the applicant's qualifications and experience.
Your Role
- Develop and deliver engaging lessons in social studies and English
- Mentor and support colleagues in the department
- Participate in school-wide initiatives and events
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider community
About You
To be successful in this role, you should be a registered teacher with the New Zealand Teaching Council, have a solid understanding of the New Zealand Curriculum, and demonstrate excellent teaching and leadership skills.
