About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Health Professional to join our Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Service. The successful candidate will contribute to providing clinical contact with patients and their families, assessment, individual therapy, and consultation. As part of our team, you will also co-facilitate DBT Skills Groups and provide training and education programs to healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver DBT adherent clinical contact with patients and their whanau
  • Provide assessment, individual therapy, and consultation
  • Co-facilitate DBT Skills Groups
  • Liaise with multidisciplinary teams and primary health providers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Competency with te ao Maori, tikanga, and te reo Maori or a commitment to starting your journey
  • Experience in upholding Te Tiriti principles and frameworks, particularly in healthcare settings
  • At least 5 years' experience as a Registered Health Professional
