The Role
">As a Recruitment Operations Specialist, you will provide key support to our recruitment consultants, ensuring smooth business operations and exceptional customer service. Key duties include:
* Supporting recruitment consultants with tasks such as ad placement, applicant screening, reference checking, candidate profiling and database searches.
* Providing administrative support for workflow management, database management and recruitment documentation.
* Building relationships with valued customers and contract staff to understand their needs and deliver great service.
What We're Looking For
">This role would suit a results-focused and process-driven individual who thrives in a dynamic working environment. You'll need to be flexible and adaptable to rapid change. Experience in recruitment or customer service is desirable but not essential if you have the right skills and attitude.
Requirements
">- A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service or recruitment support.
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Word and Excel.
- An outgoing, confident and optimistic personality.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivation and initiative to help the team achieve goals.
- NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
