We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Process Optimization Specialist to join our team at A*STAR. As a key member of our R&D department, you will be responsible for optimizing processes and improving measurement repeatability through continuous improvement projects.
Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: Develop and implement process optimization strategies to improve measurement repeatability.
- Metrology Recipe Creation: Create and optimize metrology recipes for R&D applications, using your expertise in metrology management.
- Collaboration with Vendors: Work closely with vendors to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services, meeting project deadlines.
- Training and Capacity Building: Provide training to related staff on best-known practices in metrology recipe creation, promoting knowledge sharing and capacity building.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics, Material, Physics, or Chemical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on semiconductor experience, preferably in metrology application and equipment maintenance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer software skills, such as JMP, Minitab, SQL, Visual Basic, and others.
- Problem-Solving and Quality Control: Knowledge of problem-solving and quality control skills, including LEAN 6sigma, RCA, DOE, and others.
