Safety and Environmental Manager

**About the Role**
We are seeking a seasoned Safety and Environmental Manager to join our global team in Auckland. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective SHE management systems to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, company policies, and best practices.
In this pivotal role, you will work closely with line management and SHE Business Partners to shape a culture that prioritises the well-being of all employees. You will mentor and guide SHE Business Partners, ensuring they can effectively execute SHE responsibilities in alignment with Rentokil Initial's systems.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Health and Safety management, with a deep understanding of SHE regulations. They will possess strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
