About the Role

In this critical position, you will be responsible for ensuring that all images meet business standards, managing the Digital Asset Management System (Helium), and overseeing retouching tasks for both eCommerce and internally produced Farmers images. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to maintain a seamless workflow and ensure timely delivery of high-quality imagery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate all post-production tasks for eCommerce and internal Farmers photography.

- Act as the super user for the Digital Asset Management System (Helium), providing support to internal and external users.

- Ensure all images meet business standards and are accurately uploaded with relevant data.

- Schedule and plan post-production work to meet range plan deadlines.

- Manage and coordinate retouching processes, including external eCommerce retouching.

- Perform retouching tasks such as cropping, clear-cutting, colour correction, and general image editing.

- Track and monitor range plans, ensuring smooth eCommerce processes.

- Assist the eCommerce Producer and Photography Producers in production tasks.

- Maintain and update style guides as needed.

- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including the photo studio, marketing, and buying teams.

- Provide general studio assistance as required.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in a similar role (image database administrator).

Technical Skills:

- Intermediate to advanced Photoshop skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

- Experience with online digital asset management systems (e.g., Helium).

- Photography production experience (ideal but not required).
