Role Overview
The Clinical Team Leader is integral to our leadership team, working closely with our other Clinical Team Leaders and the Clinical Manager to lead and improve clinical services in the Older Person's health and Rehabilitation setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring the day-to-day provision of a high-quality clinical service, primarily within our older people rehabilitation area with multiple diagnosis and conditions
- Working closely with the leadership team and wider multidisciplinary colleagues to identify and implement service improvement initiatives
- Maintaining a designated clinical case load; within Older Person's inpatient services
- Supporting and fostering the development of approximately 8-10 direct report Occupational Therapy team members
- Undergoing ongoing experience and education in team leadership
About Our Organisation
We are a large team of over 60 Occupational Therapy professionals who also work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
