We are seeking a skilled and experienced joiner to contribute to the continued success of our company, Nasko Factory. As a leading joinery company, we pride ourselves on our commitment to craftsmanship and excellence in creating bespoke joinery and cabinetry solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize expertise in joinery and cabinet making to produce high-quality custom designs.
- Interpret plans and technical drawings accurately and understand project and industry requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and fellow employees to align with design intent and client expectations.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in the fabrication and assembly of joinery and cabinetry components.
- Operate a variety of woodworking machinery and tools competently and safely.
- Communicate effectively with team members.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products.
- Deliver and install joinery and cabinetry.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and effective working environment.
- Proven experience as a joiner or cabinet maker in a similar role within the woodworking industry.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Skilled in machinery operations and hand tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving and commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
- Attention to safety protocols and procedures.
- Full NZ driver's license.
