About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the busy Orthopaedic Outpatients Department. The ideal candidate will have sound clinical nursing skills, a strong patient focus, and enthusiasm for working in a team.

Key Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be responsible for caring for Orthopaedic patients in an Outpatient, Acute, and in-patient setting. This will involve working closely with the team to provide high-quality patient care, conducting assessments, and implementing treatment plans.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • Registration with NZ Nursing Council
  • Current Annual Practicing Certificate
  • Current NZ Work visa
  • Orthopaedic nursing experience
  • Plastering experience
  • Paediatric experience

About the Team/Service/Location
We have a small but committed group of nurses who are passionate about Orthopaedic Nursing. The role is based in the Wellington Orthopaedic Department, with the requirement to also work in Kenepuru Outpatients department when cover is needed.
