We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Engineer to lead our water infrastructure upgrade project team at Assemble. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile projects that make a real difference to our communities.
About the Company
Assemble is a leading Civil Contractor specialising in three waters construction and maintenance. We pride ourselves on delivering high quality and resilient water infrastructure that enables communities to thrive.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have significant experience in Site Engineering, preferably in the Three Waters space. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, developing project schedules, managing resources and ensuring compliance with H&S regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the project team to deliver high-quality results and meet project objectives
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies
- Work closely with project engineers and managers to achieve project objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience in Site Engineering, preferably in the Three Waters space
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, planning and scheduling
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects forward
- NZ work rights are essential
