">About You
">We are seeking an inspirational leader who shares our passion for early learning. As our Centre Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing best practice childcare services. You will work closely with our Regional Manager to coach and develop your success and maintain strong relationships with parents and whanau.

- Mentor and role model exceptional teaching practice to the team">
- Create solid community relationships and drive exceptional standards of teaching">
- Be an integral part of making decisions which will drive the future focus for the centre">
Requirements
">An inspirational leader with an innate ability to develop and lead a team to deliver best practice childcare services. B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current teacher registration/certification. Demonstrated leadership experience; you will love to coach, mentor and inspire. Initiative, desire and passion for quality practice standards and commitment to the principles of Te Whariki.
