Our Mission

Responsibilities
This role involves:
- Maintaining grounds and gardens to high standards
- Cleaning and performing room maintenance tasks
- Pruning trees, shrubs, and hedges
- Mowing and cutting grass and lawns
- Looking after plants, flowers, and garden areas
- Managing irrigation systems
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role and creating exceptional experiences for guests
- Understanding of using gardening tools and equipment
- Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety principles
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays
