About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced People and Culture Manager to join our Auckland head office on a part-time basis (20-24 hours per week). The role involves providing leadership and management of people and culture, reporting to our Chief Operating Officer.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior HR/OD roles, with a minimum of ten years' experience. They will possess expertise in developing and implementing people and culture strategies, processes, policies, and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Giving specialist HR advice to management teamsDriving recruitment activities and attending interviewsDeveloping HR documentation and systemsUndertaking job analysis and policy developmentWorking on people development and training activities

Requirements:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification
  • Proven expertise in people and culture strategies
  • Strong business acumen and commercial judgement
  • High level of competence in presenting to stakeholders
  • Experience in building relationships at all levels
