Belgravia Health And Leisure Group Pty Ltd is proud to bring a unique cultural and spa treatment experience to Rotorua, the beating heart of the North Island. Our new facility combines the historic healing qualities of geothermal waters with our rich Ngati Whakaue Maori culture.
The Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Officer to perform all maintenance requirements and procedures to protect our assets, ensure maximum efficiency, maintain customer service levels, and minimize disruptions to guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for preventative and routine maintenance, response maintenance, geothermal and pool processes, cleaning duties, and liaising with suppliers and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and routine maintenance in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Complete response maintenance requirements as needed
- Manage geothermal and pool processes each evening, ensuring timely opening of the pools each day
- Carry out cleaning duties as per standard operating procedures, and assist with response cleaning and deep cleaning duties as required
- Liaise with building service suppliers and maintenance contractors as needed
- Monitor and report on the condition and maintenance of the building, plant, and fixtures, and safety equipment
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require a current driver's license, previous experience in a similar role, and a NZ Police check. A First Aid Certificate and trade qualification are desirable, as well as pool management experience and/or relevant qualification.
