We are seeking an experienced Undergraduate Admissions Counselor to join our team at Chatham University. As a key member of our Office of Enrollment Management Team, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment and enrollment of undergraduate students.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve institutional enrollment goals. You will work closely with high school stakeholders, community-based organizations, and business personnel to build relationships and promote Chatham University's programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in admissions or sales-related roles, with experience in recruitment, outreach, and student engagement. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve institutional enrollment goals
  • Building relationships with high school stakeholders, community-based organizations, and business personnel
  • Conducting Admission and Financial Aid presentations at on-site visits and managing proactive financial aid counseling with admitted students and their parents/guardians
  • Maintaining proactive contact with prospective students and their families using all available communication tools
  • Assisting in all on-campus and virtual recruiting events
  • Counseling students and their families on programs, services, and financial resources available at Chatham University
