Digital Learning Solutions Specialist

We have an exciting new role available as a Digital Learning Solutions Specialist in our Training and Development Team at Farmlands. Based at our Christchurch Support Office, you will report to the Head of Training and Development and serve as the go-to expert for all digital learning solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and training teams to design, create, and manage learning content and the online learning environment
- Be responsible for development, authoring, and review of online learning and the platforms on which they are hosted
- Nurture relationships with internal subject matter experts and external digital learning partners to deliver high-quality training content through a user-friendly online learning platform
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience maintaining an LMS and digital learning resources
- Knowledge of instructional design principles for e-learning
- Content development skills across a range of e-learning tools
