We are seeking a highly experienced Detention Services Subject Matter Expert to join our team at Chenega Naswik International. As a subject matter expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring the high-quality delivery of detention services.

About the Job:

This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and attention to detail. You will be working closely with government representatives, facilitating regular updates and progress reports.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze site activities to identify potential issues affecting detention performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve detention operations and outcomes
  • Provide expert feedback and testimony in support of after-action activities related to use of force incidents

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Minimum of twenty (20) or more years' experience carrying out higher-level professional and/or administrative work involved in programs, projects, and operations
  • Demonstrated experience in detention/incarceration issues
  • At least five (5) years of experience in the evaluation of use of force incidents in detention/correctional settings
