The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Centre Management: Open and close the centre, ensuring it is secure and ready for visitors.
  • Visitor Engagement: Welcome visitors, answer their questions, and provide information about our services.
  • Donation Handling: Receive and process donations into the centre, maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to interact with visitors, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Creativity and Resourcefulness: Capacity to think creatively about how resources can be reused and displayed.
