About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Support Professional to join our Financial Accounting and Rates team. As a key member of this team, you will provide critical support to our Debt Management Officer, assisting with the accurate and timely processing of debtor invoices, resolving invoice queries and disputes, and acting as a liaison with council staff and debtors.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to handle difficult clients and build client relationships. Your attention to detail is crucial, as you will be working with financial data and must ensure accuracy when undertaking tasks.
