Our extended service contracts with the NHS enable us to provide a comprehensive range of care for minor eye conditions. As an Optometrist, you'll be responsible for screening patients, coaching and training the wider team, while maintaining high standards in the department.

This ensures you have the skills and knowledge to meet the evolving eye care needs of our customers.
You'll be fully supported by in-store, regional, and home office teams, offering expert advice and guidance whenever needed.
Your Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of our team, you'll contribute to creating an environment that combines clinical and operational excellence. You'll work closely with the Optical Manager to develop and implement strategies that enhance patient services and drive business growth.
- A fully qualified optometrist registered with the GOC
- A registered performer with your NHS area team or health board
- MECs or WECs accredited (or willing to gain accreditation within 12 months – funded and supported by us)
- On track to meet the statutory points requirement for CPD
- Able to use your skills and passion for the role to deliver a memorable customer experience
- Passionate about developing new patient services and shaping the culture of the department
To join our team, you must be registered with the General Optical Council (GOC) for the relevant professional role type and provide evidence of Right To Work in the UK.
We'll ask you to provide evidence of being on the NHS performer list for the nation or Health Board you wish to work in, along with two clinical references.
