Job Responsibilities
  • Manage payroll for 100+ employees in New Zealand and Australia
  • Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable for both countries
  • Provide support and backup for transactional processes including importing payments, processing Direct Debits and refunds
  • Maintain accurate general ledgers
  • Reconcile fixed asset registers
  • Support month-end processes and journals for New Zealand and Australia
  • Participate in external audit processes during interim reviews and annual audits
  • Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are on time and reviewed monthly
The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have a qualification in accounting, experience in hands-on transactional roles or as an Assistant Accountant, and excellent communication skills. They will also be flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in a rapidly expanding and ever-evolving business environment.
