The Role

This key role combines network design with effective communication skills. From design documentation to workflow and policy, we are looking for an active team player with excellent listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities include collaborating with team members, participating in network discussions, creating quality network design documentation, engaging customers, and translating workflows into measurable business outcomes.

You will also develop and maintain automations to resolve alerts and incidents, review and operate monitoring and alerting systems, perform root cause analysis, and participate in on-call rotation supporting the network.

We are seeking someone with extensive knowledge of routing, switching, security technologies, and troubleshooting methods at all layers of the OSI and TCP/IP models. Familiarity with 'network and infrastructure as code' toolsets, such as source control, CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and configuration management platforms is essential.

Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive knowledge of routing, switching, and security technologies
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with 'network and infrastructure as code' toolsets
  • Hands-on experience with repeatable, reliable, and scalable network architectures
  • Analytical and troubleshooting experience in enterprise or service provider networks
