The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your technical expertise and excellent communication skills to ensure that our customers receive top-notch service. You'll be working closely with our contractors to troubleshoot, educate, consult, answer, and guide customers on our equipment.

In addition to your technical knowledge, you'll also be responsible for building rapport, collaborating with other teams, and maintaining system and data integrity to ensure the business has accurate equipment data.

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, with experience in coordination, problem-solving, and excellent computer literacy.
