Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced leader to join our operational leadership team as the Group Manager Capital Delivery. This critical role will lead the design and delivery of our three-year rolling capital programme, ensuring the successful implementation of water services infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership over the capital programme, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Build strong relationships with delivery partners, driving performance and ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Operations Leadership Group to ensure Wellington Water's services remain reliable, affordable, and meet community needs.
Qualifications
- A relevant tertiary degree with a deep understanding of water engineering, engineering design principles.
- Significant leadership experience with the ability to create infrastructure programme practices and policies.
