We are seeking a highly experienced Paralegal Specialist to join our team at BMC Lawyers. As a key member of our commercial, property, and private client team in Porirua, you will be responsible for providing essential support to our Director.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing deadlines, calendars, and inboxes
• Prioritizing tasks efficiently
• Opening and closing files
• Handling typing, dictation, billing, and administrative duties
• Supporting and maintaining client relationships
• Preparing and drafting legal documents such as deeds, wills, EPOAs, and assisting with property transactions (residential & commercial)

To excel in this role, you should have a solid background in Property, Commercial, and/or Private Client matters, a talent for staying ahead of deadlines, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
