Job Description

As General Manager of our New Zealand business, you will be responsible for leading our team and driving growth in this exciting market. You will have full P&L ownership for the delivery of strategic growth plans and will be expected to drive top-line business results to deliver against KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Full P&L ownership for the delivery of strategic growth plans
  • Drive top-line business results to deliver against KPIs
  • Champion PepsiCo people processes that attract, develop, and retain top talent
  • Lead and develop short and long-term strategic plans of the business
  • Represent the New Zealand business in all internal and external forums

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Senior leadership experience heading sales and/or category teams within an FMCG environment, across both grocery and non-grocery channels
  • Strong analytical skills
  • A strong commercial background to drive top-line sales
  • Ability to influence in a matrix organization
