The Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Activities Coordinator to join our team at Ross Home. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing activity programs that promote social interaction, community building, and personal growth among our residents.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience working in a healthcare environment, preferably with older adults
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A patient and empathetic approach when interacting with residents
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
