The Role

  • We're seeking a skilled Agricultural UX Design Specialist to join our team and help us design better experiences for our users.
  • Your primary focus will be on understanding farmer needs and preferences, and using that insight to inform design decisions.
  • You'll work closely with our product management team to develop user personas and journeys, and design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless design implementation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent visual design skills (typography, color theory, layout).
  • Familiarity with either Sketch or Figma.
  • Knowledge of user research techniques.
  • Ability to work with interaction design, prototyping, and user testing.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
