Job Description

We are seeking a service superstar with attention to detail and cleanliness to join our Housekeeping team at Mövenpick Wellington as a Room Attendant. Your role will involve:

  • Cleaning assigned guestrooms to the highest standards
  • Taking initiative to provide personalized experiences for guests
  • Ensuring guests' privacy and belongings are respected while providing exceptional service
  • Cleaning guest rooms, storage areas, and corridors as allocated
  • Reporting any lost property according to procedures
  • Carrying out programmed/regular cleaning duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A warm and caring personality
  • Previous housekeeping experience is an asset
  • The ability to anticipate and focus on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management
