Key Responsibilities

  1. Optimize stock strategies to improve forecasting and enhance inventory efficiencies.
  2. Work closely with internal teams to develop and align stock strategies to drive sales.
  3. Manage all EDI seasonal orders for wholesale accounts and provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.
  4. Continuously refine allocation and forecasting processes to improve efficiencies across wholesale and retail operations.
  5. Work closely with planning, buying, and sales teams to ensure seamless stock flow and enhance business performance.

About You

  • Proven experience in wholesale or retail merchandise planning, allocation, or inventory management.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
  • Ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights to support decision-making.
  • Confident communicator – able to liaise with key internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative and adaptable team player with a problem-solving mindset.
