About this Role

The Head of Service Support plays a critical role in leading our enabling functions, ensuring that our frontline teams have the support they need to deliver outstanding customer service. As a member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the future of service delivery at ACC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive operational excellence and enhance service outcomes.
  • Lead a team of senior managers and oversee a workforce of around 430 people.
  • Collaborate with leaders across ACC to integrate services and enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Provide expert guidance on integrity services, clinical services, technical services, workforce management, resolution services, and operations integration.

Requirements

We're seeking a seasoned leader who can balance operational excellence with a future-focused approach. You will bring:

  • Proven experience leading large-scale operational service delivery teams.
  • A deep understanding of organisational operations and governance.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience driving process improvement.
