About the Role
The Store Inventory Manager will play a key role in ensuring the quality management of processes and systems across office and back-of-house inventory. This includes managing the inventory cycle, forecasting and planning daily work and resource requirements, and implementing strategies to reduce shrinkage and expenses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, coach, and inspire your team to deliver results-driven performance.
  • Manage the inventory cycle within the store, ensuring efficient and safe practices.
  • Forecast and plan daily work and resource requirements, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
  • Implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and expenses, enhancing the overall customer experience.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need prior experience in a big box or high-volume retail environment, with a passion for delivering results that motivate your team. You'll also need values that reflect a high level of commitment to 'safety' and a customer-focused mindset, as well as strong relationships with team members, peers, customers, leaders, and business stakeholders.
