Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality services, and we are seeking a reliable and friendly individual to join us as a Receptionist and Sterilisation Assistant.

Job Description: As the face and voice of our practice, you will be responsible for assisting patients with their enquiries, handling patient recalls, completing payment processing, banking, and other administrative duties. You will also play a key role in ensuring best practices are followed in sterilising equipment and managing infection control.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need previous dental experience or reception/admin experience. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. You should also have strong computer skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should be able to learn and adapt quickly to new procedures and systems.
