Financial Management Consultant

About this role:
As a Senior Financial Coordinator with West Recruitment Pty Ltd, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in financial management. You will be responsible for the financial management of a portfolio of properties and will work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure accurate and timely financial records.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing financial reports and conducting analysis;
- Ensuring accurate and timely financial records and reconciliations;
- Managing financial compliance, including annual financial statements and audit preparation;
- Coordinating taxation requirements, including BAS, PAYG and GST compliance;
- Overseeing accounts payable, receivable, and monthly invoicing processes;
- Providing support for ad-hoc analysis and projects as needed.
Requirements:
- CA/CPA qualified with a strong background in financial management;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- High-level attention to detail and analytical skills;
- A passion for the Property sector and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
