We are seeking a skilled Guitar Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will focus on delivering exceptional customer service while providing top-notch repair and maintenance services for customer-owned instruments.

• Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
• Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship
• Maintain store-owned gear as requested
• Complete warranty repair work
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Skilled understanding of repairing guitars
• Foundational product knowledge on Tietalent products (a plus)
