As a Call Center Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering this experience by providing timely and effective support to our customers. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Responding to incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  2. Providing accurate and detailed information about our products and services to customers.
  3. Investigating and resolving customer complaints or concerns, escalating to higher-level support when necessary.
  4. Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with booking appointments and educating them on membership opportunities and benefits.
  5. Documenting customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or actions taken, in the appropriate systems or databases.
  6. Following established call center scripts, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistent and quality customer interactions.
  7. Meeting or exceeding individual and team performance targets, including average call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution.
