**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Sales Leader for Reseller Partners to join our team. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for selling Lenovo offerings (hardware, software, services, and peripherals) and managing the overall partner relationship with our assigned resellers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Responsible for sales quota attainment of assigned Reseller Partners.
  • Establish and manage relationships with Resellers – at executive, management, product manager, and sales representative level.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to reseller sales teams who manage relationships with key customers, in conjunction with the distributors.

**What You'll Do**

  • Assist resellers in making sound purchasing decisions through roadmap reviews and market opportunity analysis.
  • Understand how markets and competitors will influence the selling of Lenovo products and services.
  • Coordinate all major Lenovo activity/programs with Reseller Partners and their key sales staff.

**What We Offer**

  • Develop and promote new opportunities with the resellers.
  • Ensure the resellers understand and can successfully promote the Lenovo product set.
  • Develop and execute reseller account plans through effective management and supporting strategies with Inside Sales to ensure revenue target attainment.
