The ideal candidate will have significant experience with neuropsychological assessment and rehabilitation. You will work collaboratively with the wider Allied Health, Nursing, and Medical team to provide cognitive rehabilitation, psychological support, and behavioral support interventions.

This is an excellent opportunity to work towards Neuropsychology scope of practice and contribute to the growth and development of our team. You will have access to regular team in-services, senior staff mentoring, peer review, and funding for courses and conferences.

About the Team/Service

Puāwai rehabilitation unit is a dynamic and experienced interdisciplinary team providing rehabilitation to diverse patients. The patient groups include stroke and traumatic brain injury, as well as other presentations such as tumours, hypoxic brain injury, functional neurological disorder, and orthopaedic injury.

We take pride in supporting our staff to grow and enable ongoing professional development. You will be part of a greater Psychology team and have the support of the wider Allied Health, Nursing, and Medical team.
