**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services, including health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and medication management.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents.
  • Collaborate with our GP team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

**Requirements**

  • NZNC registration as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in primary care nursing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
