Role Description

We are looking for a skilled Glass Restoration Professional to join our team at Smith&Smith. As a professional in auto glass repair and replacement, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and quality work.

In this permanent role, you will work closely with our experienced technicians to repair and replace auto glass, providing face-to-face customer service and advice to our valued customers.

You will also have the opportunity to earn extra income through extended hours, including occasional Saturdays.

Requirements

• You should have a strong work ethic, enjoy helping people, take pride in your workmanship, and be a committed team player.">
• Preferably, you have experience in repair and replacement of auto glass, but it's not essential.">
• You are a hands-on learner with a technical mind, able to pick up new processes and systems quickly.">
• You have customer service experience and a desire to help others.">
• You can solve customers' problems quickly and conveniently, with honesty and integrity.">
• You have a current NZ restricted or full drivers license (or overseas equivalent) with the ability to competently drive manual vehicles.">
