At Talent Propeller Limited, we are seeking an experienced Transport Planner to join our team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of business cases, project development and policy development in support of Council's strategic goals and objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop projects and policies that align with Council's strategic goals and objectives.
- Provide senior engineering input and critical thinking to ensure a safe and accessible transport system.
- Undertake economic assessment of transport investment decisions.
- Take a whole of network system design led approach to plan across modes, functions, place and time.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering Civil or NZ Diploma in Engineering Civil
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in civil engineering works, preferably in transport planning.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- High attention to detail, excellent time management, and a solution-focused approach.
