IT Strategic Partner

CIN7 Ltd. is a fast-growing global software company that provides solutions for modern-day product sellers.
We help these sellers keep track of their inventory at scale, and assist them in selling their products across multiple sales channels around the world.
As an IT Strategic Partner at CIN7 Ltd., you will drive the best practices, process, and solutions of CIN7's IT systems.
You will play a key role in determining the IT vision and strategy across our global operations and lead projects to conclusion.
The goal is to build the best IT Services department on the planet, and you will help us do that.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the IT vision and strategy across an international matrixed organization.
- Lead IT projects as we continue to improve the tools we have as a business and deliver the projects on time and within budget.
- Act as a trusted counsel and advisor to the business, with IT expertise and perspective, and be an integral part of the business and people teams.
- Provide IT support for the business' key objectives, and identify key areas requiring focus and future improvements.
- Build and cultivate strong relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders to drive effective IT initiatives alongside the business strategy.
- Understand the future needs and capability requirements for the organization, especially within themes of consolidation, productivity, collaboration, and automation.
- Provide strength around managing ambiguity and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to global IT strategic and operational discussions.
- Regularly communicate business updates to leaders on performance, key initiatives, and best practices.
- Communicate and discuss initiatives with Global IT leaders for alignment and feedback before implementation.
- Support people leaders and key stakeholders on all IT matters with excellent communication skills, customer service, and attitude.
