We provide industry-leading vehicle-specific eCatalogues and market intelligence solutions to the Australian and New Zealand automotive aftermarket and OEM parts industry.

We operate using our proprietary vehicle index and cataloguing system, OSCAR, various private label trade portals and retail websites, enabling businesses to efficiently identify parts, improve sales, and reduce returns.

  • Maintaining network security and integrity
  • Managing servers, databases, and network infrastructure
  • Troubleshooting issues and providing technical support

This role is open to candidates Australia and New Zealand wide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Maintenance: Ensure seamless operations of internal systems, including servers and databases.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve business and software issues with Level 3 support, ensuring timely responses and minimal system downtime.
  • Security & Stability: Maintain secure business policies, safeguard data, and monitor server and network performance to identify risks or threats.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to meet company goals and provide after-hours/on-call support as needed.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing network infrastructure, application & systems support
  • Demonstrated experience in a Microsoft 365 network environment
  • Knowledge of AWS, IIS, SQL, SharePoint
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A collaborative attitude, contributing to a positive company culture.
