The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Repco Mt Roskill. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring that each customer has a great experience in store. This includes providing guidance on our products, upselling where possible, and processing sales at the till.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide genuine service and create lasting impressions with our customers
  • Develop superstar selling skills that contribute to the sales performance of the store
  • Be a team player and contribute towards the store's success
  • Maintain exceptional presentation and merchandising standards of the showroom
  • Process stock and ensure shelves are adequately stocked

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a people person with a passion for customer service. Ideally, you will have previous retail and/or customer service experience. Full training will be given on our products, but an interest in automotive is a plus.
