The Role: Hospital Specialist Representative

We're looking for a highly skilled Representative who can effectively engage with customers, possess strong product and disease state knowledge, and demonstrate exceptional sales, promotional, and strategic business development skills.

You'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying opportunities to deliver on Pfizer business objectives, and compliantly addressing customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and expand customer engagement.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Pfizer products, disease states, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Health, Science, or Business with a healthcare background.
  • Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical experience, preferably in Oncology.
  • Proven track record of success in territory management, communications, and teamwork.
