We are seeking an inspiring centre manager to lead our team, ensuring compliance with regulations, fostering a positive learning environment, and building strong relationships with whanau and the wider community.
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the centre
- Evaluate and implement strategies to ensure compliance with ECE regulations and licensing criteria
- Sustain a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement
**Key Responsibilities**
- Foster strong relationships with Tamariki, Whanau, and the local community
- Support and mentor a team of passionate Kaiako (teachers)
- Drive continuous improvement and uphold our Centre's values and philosophy
**What We Are Looking For**
- A qualified and registered ECE teacher with a current full practicing certificate with the Teaching Council of New Zealand preferred
- Strong leadership and management experience in an ECE setting preferred but not essential
- Collaborative leader who supports and develops the team
- Excellent communication, organizational, and people management skills
