We are seeking an inspiring centre manager to lead our team, ensuring compliance with regulations, fostering a positive learning environment, and building strong relationships with whanau and the wider community.

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the centre
  • Evaluate and implement strategies to ensure compliance with ECE regulations and licensing criteria
  • Sustain a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Foster strong relationships with Tamariki, Whanau, and the local community
  • Support and mentor a team of passionate Kaiako (teachers)
  • Drive continuous improvement and uphold our Centre's values and philosophy

**What We Are Looking For**

  • A qualified and registered ECE teacher with a current full practicing certificate with the Teaching Council of New Zealand preferred
  • Strong leadership and management experience in an ECE setting preferred but not essential
  • Collaborative leader who supports and develops the team
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and people management skills
