This role involves coordinating patient flow and ensuring a seamless experience for patients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Presenting a warm welcome to all patients and visitors
  • Scheduling appointments to accommodate patient needs

  • Ordering supplies and staff amenities

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare
  • Experience with patient management software, such as COMRAD
  • A solid understanding of medical terminology and imaging procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent computer literacy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
