Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and charismatic individual to join our Nespresso team as a Brand Ambassador. As a key representative of one of the world's most recognizable coffee brands, you will be responsible for communicating effectively with customers, educating them about Nespresso products, and driving sales.

This role requires strong communication skills, passion for coffee, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment. You will have the opportunity to engage with customers at various stores across Dunedin and Surrounds, adding variety to your role.

As a Nespresso Brand Ambassador, you will:

  • Communicate Effectively: Use your exceptional communication skills to engage with customers and make their shopping experience memorable.
  • Educate and Inform: Share your in-depth knowledge of Nespresso coffee machines to educate customers on their features and benefits.
  • Drive Sales: Convert engaging conversations and educational demonstrations into successful sales.
  • Promote Brand Values: Advocate for Nespresso's brand values and promotional campaigns, enhancing customer understanding and brand loyalty.
Responsibilities

In addition to promoting Nespresso products, you will also be responsible for undertaking merchandising duties for stores in your area. This includes ensuring stock is ticketed, arranging machines according to pricing and range, maintaining cleanliness of the Nespresso area, noting any missing parts, checking sample sets, and ensuring current promotions are visible.

You will need to capture photos as part of your responsibilities and have a reliable mode of transport to travel between stores.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be a strong communicator, customer educator, and sales driven individual. You must also be passionate about coffee, have a keen interest in product knowledge, and be confident in turning customer interactions into sales and brand advocacy.

As a successful candidate, you will thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, provide outstanding customer service, and have a valid driver's license.
