About the Role: Anatomical Pathology Registrar
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Anatomical Pathology team as an Anatomical Pathology Registrar. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality histology and cytology services to patients across the Canterbury region.
You will work closely with experienced pathologists, laboratory scientists, and pathology assistants to ensure accurate diagnoses and high-quality patient care. Our team is committed to ongoing learning and professional development, and we offer opportunities for training and education in areas such as molecular genetics and mortuary services.
We welcome applications from candidates who have completed PGY2 or have broad clinical experience and/or prior exposure to pathology training. The ideal candidate will be eligible for general or provisional general registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand and have a strong commitment to Te Tiriti principles and frameworks.
