Job Overview

This nonexempt position involves providing nursing care under the supervision of physicians, providers, and/or registered nurses. The role encompasses both clinical and administrative responsibilities, including physical assessments, medication administration, patient education, and maintaining a clean patient environment. The individual must stay up-to-date with regulatory standards and ensure their implementation in daily operations.

Responsibilities
  • Initiate and implement patient teaching plans
  • Maintain working knowledge of regulatory standards
  • Care for patients' environments and perform organizational tasks
Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience preferred, new graduates acceptable
  • New Jersey LPN License (Licensed Practical Nurse)
  • BLS issued by the American Heart Association
